- Drought Information Act of 2013 (S. 376, as amended);
- A sense of the Senate resolution in favor of protecting children from human trafficking (S.Res. 340);
- A resolution to honor the 100th birthday of civil rights leader Daisy Bates (S.Res. 341).

On a vote of 72 to 22, the Senate invoked cloture on the farm bill conference report.
YEAS: 72 (46 Democrats, 2 independents, 24 Republicans). NAYS: 22 (19 Republicans, 3 Democrats).

The Senate resumed the farm bill conference report. The following Senators spoke on the report: Stabenow, Hoeven, Johnson, Tester, Sessions and Leahy

The Senate will convene at 2 p.m. to resume consideration of the House-Senate conference report on the farm bill (H.R. 2646).
At 5:30 p.m. , there will be a cloture vote on the farm bill conference report.
If cloture is invoked, the vote on final passage of the farm bill would occur at about 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4.
