5:58 p.m.  The Senate has adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9th with a vote expected at 5:00 p.m. on the nomination of Michael P. Bottecilli to be Director of the National Drug Control Policy.

During wrap-up, S. Res. 71 (2/8-2/14/15 Internet Governance Awareness Week) was passed by unanimous consent and S. 405 (Protect and Enhance Recreational Hunting, Fishing, and Shooting) was read for the 1st time.

11:31 a.m.  The senate is currently voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 240, DHS appropriations.
