The Senate will convene for a pro forma session at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 3.

The Senate will next meet for legislative business at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 7, at which time it will proceed to a period of morning business until 5:30pm.

• At 5:30pm, the Senate will enter Executive Session and immediately proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Cheryl Ann Krause to be a United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit.

• Following disposition of the Krause nomination, the Senate will resume Legislative Session and immediately proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the Bipartisan Sportsman’s Act (S. 2363).
