At approximately 11:15 a.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Orso nomination.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Orso nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate is expected to vote on a Murkowski motion to proceed to S.J.Res.91 disapproving the rule submitted by the Bureau of Land Management relating to “Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program Record of Decision.”
If the motion to proceed is agreed to, the Senate will vote on passage at a time to be determined on Thursday December 4th . If the Senate has received the House companion to S.J.Res.91, the vote would be on passage of H.J.Res.131.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on Executive Calendar #475 Susan Rodriguez to be a District Judge for the Western District of North Carolina.
